Guest Internet Access (Wi‑Fi) Service Terms + Privacy Notice (GDPR)

1. Acceptable Use

1. This Wi‑Fi network is provided to guests of Amber Domki Letniskowe for personal use.

2. Illegal or abusive activity is prohibited, including: hacking, network scanning, bypassing security controls, spamming, malware distribution, and copyright infringement.

3. To protect guests and network security, the operator may block devices or restrict traffic in case of abuse or security risk.

4. Service is provided “as‑is” (no guarantee of availability or speed).

2. Privacy Notice (GDPR)

Legal details: operated by “Amber Jacek Łuniewski” and “Amber Czesława Łuniewska”.

Data processed: basic connection and technical logs (e.g., connection time, assigned IP address, device identifier/MAC, authentication events) and diagnostics/security data.
Purpose: network security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and service maintenance.
Legal basis: legitimate interests (security and service maintenance).
Retention: 12 months, then deletion or anonymization (unless extended where required by law or for establishing/defending claims).
Recipients: IT support provider (if applicable); public authorities only when legally required.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure/restriction, objection; you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO).
